I stumbled upon this drawing while browsing the newest entries.
It looks really promising !

I like how the face has been detailed and shadowed. the texture and volume of the hair is really well done.
Compared to the expression and visuals of the face, the rest (body, arm(s) and hand look like they have been finished of real quickly. they could use more attention and detail.

- The right shoulder looks too small (> you wanted to cram it on the paper/predefined_square while you actually didn't have any place left)
- You could study hand and their position a bit (I know they aren't easy _at all_, so try and study them a bit !).
- The clothes could use some more attention, it would make the face stand out more and give more depth to your drawing. Using a light shading by using your pencil softly would allow for the white clothing to get a shading. If it's a white shirt though, try to accentuate the textile's folds.

Apart from those, the dynamics of the person's stance have been really well done, the face and its shading and visual expression have been really well done !
Try to keep up the work and don"t dull off on the details of the rest of the body

gave 4 for vision because it really sprung out from all of the surrounding drawings in 'newest deviations'
3 for originality because i'm assuming you had a picture for modeling
3.5 for technique, because you're almost on point with your pencil !
and 5 for impact, because I recognized Micheal jackson immediatly , and I barely ever click on hand drawn pictures I find in deviant art to leave a comment.
