This drawing is pretty and nice to look at. You also managed to get feeling of eshtetics and beauty despite flaws that this drawing has. Without seeing your reference image there are number of propblems visible. Most noticeable is issue with symmetry, especially in lower jaw. Horizontal and vertical axis is also misaligned, that can be seen best on eye placement: left being lower than right. Head orientation is also slight mystery, looks like models head is bent forward and looking down, bottom part of ears being so high up indicates this (when looking forward top part of ear should be on same level as eyebrows, and bottom part of ear is on the same level with nose), however other face proportions looks like she is facing forward. Lighting is somewhat boring, no clear indication of light source that makes the face look too flat and two dimensional. There is somekind of cast shadow under mandible and lower lip, but not under nose, looks bit strange. Lots of blending and smudgin in shadow under jaw, but elsewhere more crude pencil strokes on shading, looks inconsistent. It was nice touch to use toned paper. Without doubt with practice you will quickly improve! Keep drawing and having fun! Ps. This was just part of things that I noticed, if you want I can tell more, just ask.
